Generally, there is a minimum of 2 hunters per camp and a maximum of 4 hunters per camp. If only one hunter signs up for either a guided hunt or a non-guided drop camp, NCO reserves the right to cancel the hunt and refund the deposit.

Application for all hunts at Northern Colorado Outfitters can be initiated by e-mail specifying the hunt plus the number of hunters applying. NCO will then send the applicant a contract, waiver of liability, and medical history for signature of all applicants. After NCO receives the signed documents and a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the total hunt fee, NCO will confirm to the applicant that their hunt is booked and send a countersigned document to the applicant to complete the initial agreement including a guaranteed hunt reservation. If NCO cannot completely fill the request, NCO will contact the client to see if a satisfactory solution can be agreed to. If not, the entire deposit will be returned to the client and the application cancelled. After a hunt is booked, the client must send NCO the balance due for the total hunting fee at least 90 days prior to the scheduled hunt to confirm the hunting reservation.
